      1. How long will it take to receive my order?
        For all orders placed before midday, Monday – Friday (for in stock items)
        1) Australia Domestic Shipping (Delivery should take between 5-7 days)
        2) International Shipping (Delivery should take between 1 to 3 weeks).
      2. How do I know when my item has been shipped?
        Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number. If after 48 hours you have not received any tracking info, please let us know so that we can look into its for you.
      3. Is my order insured?
        Orders placed from FancyFairy.com.au to the delivery address are insured against accidental damage and theft at no cost to you.
      4. What’s the delivery fees and shipping destinations?
        We deliver Australia-wide & ship worldwide. We have partnered with the most reliable delivery services and transit insurance is included with no extra charge for you. 

        1) For deliveries within Australia
         Orders with a value of up to $3,000 AUD - $15 AUD per parcel
         Orders over $3,000 AUD - free shipping.
         Express shipping service is available for all orders - $50 AUD per parcel.

        2) For deliveries to International destinations. 
         Orders with a value of up to $3,000 AUD - $50 AUD per parcel   Orders over $3,000 AUD - $100 AUD per parcel.

How it works:

  • Select the item(s) you want to purchase by adding them to your shopping bag.
  • Select Pick Up as delivery option during checkout.
  • Complete your purchase.
  • You will receive a ‘Ready for pick up email’ when your item(s) are available for collection, for in stock items usually within 2 business days. 

*Pick up in store is available during normal store trading hours.

Please bring your confirmation email and your ID when you come to collect your order.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and Duties (for all International Orders)
Taxes and Duties are NOT included in the selling price.

If you're placing an order for delivery outside Australia, you will have to pay taxes & duties as charged by your destination country. (Also referred to as customs charges)

How much will I need to pay for customs charges?

  • As customs charges vary widely from country to country, we're not able to predict what these charges will be.
  • To help avoid being surprised by any unexpected charges, we'd suggest contacting your local customs office before placing your order, or use online tools to get an estimate.
  • You'll be notified of any charges due on your parcel and you'll have 7 days to make the payment.
  • As soon as payment has been received, your parcel will be released and shipped to the delivery address you selected at the checkout.

What happens if I don't pay the customs charges?
If payment has not been received after 7 days, the carrier will automatically return the parcel to FANCYFAIRY. Once it arrives back at our warehouse in Australia, we will issue a refund for the items minus any shipping and handling cost

We're not able to reship a parcel that has been returned to us, so you'll need to place a new order if you still want the items.

 

Final Sale
FINAL SALE applies to items that have been marked down to clear. Items that are marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchanges, unless in the event of them being faulty or if you have received an incorrect item. If you need advice on products marked FINAL SALE, contact us prior to purchasing to avoid disappointment.
A message will appear in your shopping bag for items that have been marked as FINAL SALE, and by purchasing such an item you agree that the item cannot be returned.
